			&lt;p&gt;
			The Euro-Mediterranean Ministerial Conference on Water will bring together the ministers in charge of water around the Mediterranean Sea together with regional representatives of the Mediterranean civil society. This conference will be preceded, on the 21st of December, by the Civil Society session, as well as, side events presenting concrete projects for the Mediterranean water sector. The particular structure of these sessions needs special organisation that is described hereafter.
			&lt;/p&gt;
			&lt;p&gt;
			The Conference will take place at the&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="http://www.dscc.jo/" target="_blank"&gt;King Hussein Bin Talal Convention Center&lt;/a&gt; (Swaimeh, Dead Sea Road, Dead Sea, Jordan).&amp;nbsp;

The organisers will assist them at the Airport as well as transfer them from and to the Airport upon arrival and departure. The participants will be able to recognise the organisers by indicative signs with the conference title and destination.

During the conference, all the participants may use the facilities (computer, printer, fax, internet and photocopier) available at the Business center in the Sea floor lobby.
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;The Conference secretariat office will be located in the Aqaba Hall&lt;/strong&gt;.
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Two VIP lounges&lt;/strong&gt; for bilateral meetings or for side meetings have been booked for Ministers and their delegation. They are located in the Amra and Mou'tah hall.
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
For the 22nd of December 2008, &lt;strong&gt;the Press operation office will be located in the hall Petra 1&lt;/strong&gt;. It will be equipped with computers, printers, photocopier, internet connection, telephone and fax lines.
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;The Press Conference hall for the press conference of the 22nd of December will be located in the hall Mount Nebo 1 and 2&lt;/strong&gt; and it will be equipped with sound systems with microphones, interpretation booths and headsets. Only accredited journalists will be granted access to the press conference.

  <summary type="html" xml:lang="en">Visa can be obtained upon the arrival to the Queen Alia Airport, except for the following countries: Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria and Libya, who are requested to make sure they obtain their visa from the Jordanian Embassy in their country. The holders of a non-diplomatic passport might be requested to pay a visa fee of 10 JOD (approximately 11 euros).
