V Euro-Mediterranean Ministerial Conference on Water

I have just seen your e-mail advertising the IVth Euro-Med Ministerial Conference on Water which starts mid-April. My Association, which has consultative status with ECOSOC since 1971 would have loved to participate in that Conference as an observer. However, it is now too late to seek an invitation. Do you think we could be put on your mailing list to be invited at the Vth Conference?
